WPD Golf Tournament 2012

Type:  Featured

WPD Dispatcher Matt Hammer carried his team during the 2nd hole.

The Wellesley Police Department Golf Tournament was held on Monday, May 22, 2012 at the Wellesley Country Club.  Each year the tournament is held to benefit the Wellesley Police Department's Relief Association.  We have been extremely fortunate to be able to use the Wellesley Country Club for a second year.

The tournament was a sellout, and conditions for golfing were ideal.  Congratulations to Lieutenant Peter Nahass and his team for winning the best ball tournament with a score of 59.

Following the tournament, teams enjoyed an excellent early dinner provided by the Wellesley Country Club.

Lt. Jack Pilecki, the tournament director, poses with Chief Cunningham and State Police Lieutenant Bill Powers.
